There is a wonderful organization called Love Without Boundaries that is part of a fundraising drive through Facebook. It is a competition between charities. Whoever has the most unique $10 donors by Friday at 12 pm PST, receives an extra $50,000 towards providing the medical treatment of orphans in China that they do.
